What are your goals and what are you trying to achieve with the pre workout mix? If you are dehydrated then drink water? You need to specify them there goals before recommending a solution!Sent from my GT-I9300 using Tapatalk 2

My goal is to have energyintensity and be awake for my workouts in the morning.I'm currently doing the SA and making some gains as well as getting a bit leaner. I'm 45 and have been working out in the early mornings for over 2 years. Since I don't like anything to do with coffee it makes the CBL early morning working difficult with some type of caffeine. I like the suggestion of the Honey Badger supplement.

i got the lemon lime.. flavor is good.. as far as a supplement overall it's meh.. won't be buying again ill just make my own next time..

noticed nothing from taking it.. had to add some extra caffeine to even get any sort of effect from it.. i even use two scoops and really does nothing for me.. i can just make my own pre-workout for about less than half that and works way better

no coffee i mix mine in a shaker and add a tiny bit of those flavor squirt bottles you can get at the grocery store like crystal light makes one.. when i get home from work ill post what i use

i'm still not back yet.. will return home sunday.. i still need to purchase and test out my mix and i'd like to do that before posting it.. as for Beta-alanine i needed about 5g a day to get any effect from it.. caffeine all depends on your tolerance to it.. i do about 200mg pre-workout.. some can easily do double or triple that
