Your diet looks solid. What's the point of the 2nd PWO shake though. I would just start backloading. While taking dextrose is fine, it's also acceptable to just skip it, that way you can eat more carbs from actual food.Your training appears good. I hope you are doing mostly multi joint exercises like bench presses, squats, and rows and not screwing around with single joint exercises too much. You're at the point where you should add a fourth day, but if you aren't able too because you're busy than that's fine. I know you said that you can only train at the optimal time 3 times per week, but you have to realize that CBL supports your training. You're training doesn't support CBL. So training in the morning is fine. Actually many people on here only train in the morning.
