Trevor G FullbrightModeratorOr lift heavy
+1I work with almost all females and recently about half of them start working out, and after a couple weeks I find out they are doing 40 minutes of cardio 5 days a week plus when they do weights they do the whole "low weight high rep to tone" BS.1 arm rows with 5 lbs, that will get you some nice lats for sure....

Powergirl36MemberHey thanks abbbyc!!! Haha I love working out! I'm a personal trainer and it quite literally is what I love doing with my time.. If I'm not training someone else I'm usually in the gym sculpting out the best version of myself with the weights. It's my love and passion. So I'm glad you'll be getting back into it! And now with the backloading, it just adds a HUGE benefit to it all, as now I get to have my favorite foods after my workouts and also continue to keep my nice body. For the protein question, mainly from protein powder, chicken when I get home, cottage cheese before bed and then the protein in my backload food such as pizza and ice cream, ect...

Powergirl36MemberYep, still alive and kickin. Trust me, I haven't tried to get myself down to 9%. I've been extremely sick with Celiacs these past 2 years and have gained 36 lbs to date (I'm 112lbs now). Thus why I'm doing density bulker with backloading… Even if 9% is still low, I'm still proud of all of my hard work, because thats 4 (yes 4) % higher than where I've been, and I've focused all of my attention on building muscle and doing whatever I can do to become strong. I almost died from Celiacs so eating big and lifting big is a way of life for me now. (And I have 2 older brothers, and can and have out-eaten them both.) 🙂 I admire anyone with the guts and determination to change their life and not be afraid of what other people think. Yeah, I get looks at the gym for being the smallest one there… but I could care 2 shits about what anyone thinks, because they haven't seen how far I've come, and they don't see where I'm going. I will succeed with Density Bulker, I can promise you that. I've already come this far…

Powergirl36MemberYes!! Except was got me to 78 wasn't an eating disorder… it was undiagnosed Celiacs Disease and everything I was eating to gain weight (whole wheat pasta, bread, ect.) was making me lose weight because my body couldn't absorb it. Great video!!!
