    I HAVE THEM IN MY HOUSE THEY ARE3G FAT18G CARB12G FIBER8G PROTEINARE THESE SAFE TO EAT DURING LOW CARB PARTS OF THE DAY?FOR THAT MATTER IF THEY ARENT WOULD HALF OF ONE STILL BE TOO MUCH?

    You're better off not using them and using the real thing when you back load or have a CN.

    Probably not optimal, but I have something like them a few times a week when I have to have an “on-the-go” kind of lunch.  I'd love to be able to cook up fresh grass-fed beef every day for lunch, but sometimes at work I just have to be able to eat something cold very quickly during a short break.  Like alot of things, if you hit a stall point, things like them might be something you try cutting out to see if it is inhibiting your progress.  For me, it hasn't seemed to have effected me too much.  I don't necessarily use them to get more fiber, more of a convinence.  Anyone have any better suggestions for a wrap or something similar?
