Pancakes would probably be my favorite.  Pulled Pork sandwiches would be a close second.

Rice Rollers from Costco are pretty good. Pancakes/Waffles are a great one. Rice Chex is a go-to for me. I really like Oven Baked Wedges with some Brisket or Pulled Meat over it, with a bit of BBQ sauce.

I love graham crackers dunked in some cold 2% milk. I'm a dunker from way back!

Bagels and soft pretzels are also some good low fat options

I secodn pancakes.  Absolutely love them as a cbl food.  One of my favorite low fat options is baked tortilla chips with salsa.  I eat it more like a snack between my two big backload meals, but it has plenty of carbs

What do you guys keep fat in your backloads limited to? I'm hovering around 20g. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I am a newbie on CBL so maybe I post a food that may not be suitable but… Sorbeeeeeeet! I buy the mango and Lemon sorbet from Hagen Dasz along with some sugar ice cream cones, perfect combination 0g of fat!Sushi would also be good.Or you can make your own pizza with flour (0 fat), yeast, water and honey... then just add fat free shredded cheese. VOILA!

I like backloading with grilled chicken and waffles with loads of syrup. Also, Froyo works pretty well, and PB&J on white bread with reduced fat PB and loads of J.
