I understand that the optimal CN would be a start of low fat carbs and perhaps something fatty like ice cream right before bed but I have read on the forum that a lot of people just seem to do High fat right from the start……if you just stayed with strictly low fat all night with absolutely NO inclusion of fat has anyone had any experience with this really helping with plateau?
I do low fat CN's. I have better results keeping it low fat than when i do adding fats. When I add fats im always way more bloated for the next few days.
