Lower Carbs or reduce fat?

    I love ice cream actually, but I stick to lower fat stuff..Yeah I know it is not as good, but at least I can eat a tub and fit it into my macros. I hate hate hate grazing on small portion sizes.

    I think I need to ignore the ice cream aisle in the store. Hahah it's my one vice that I can never portion.  15g of carbs left? How about a large bowl of ice cream.

    i've found that separating my carbs and fat makes a big difference.  unfortunately, that meant no ice cream or pizza!  bah!  but when i started focusing on high (healthy) fats and protein during the day, then protein and carbs at night (post-workout), I instantly lost a couple of lbs.  Not sure if it has to do with the macro spreading or just caloric intake, but it worked (for me at least).
