    Does anyone know what a good carb total and fat gram total for a carb day would be? I lift heavy doing Olympic lifts around 5pm. Also what is a good fat gram total on off days. My goal is body recomp.

    It’s impossible as every person is unique. Start with 2 g per lb of carbs in the backload and adjust from there. For fat, .6 g/lb on backload days and .85 g/lb on ULC days would be a good starting point.

    However, don’t get caught up on counting calories and macros.
