Macronutrient Ratios

    Hello everyone I hope using the Carb Nite Solution has been a success for all. I have a question, does anyone know how much of each macronutrient should a person be consuming percentage-wise? I know that for carbohydrates, 30g or less for fat and protein days are it but how about for fat and proteins on those ULC days? I am a 190lb male who exercises 5 times a week.

    What works and works best is going to be different for everyone. Some (like myself) have better results with a higher fat (70%) to protein (25%) ratio; others have better success with that flip-flopped. Try one and if you’re not seeing decent results, try the other.
