    For fat loss we need to stay high in GI carbs and we have to manipulate our fat intake but what about mass gaining?I do understand the fact that we have to up the calories but is it better to increase protein, fats, carbs?Is Density bulking the best protocol to follow or can I stay with BL after training only and up certain macronutrients?

    All of the above.Increase food intake, still keep carbs PWO. Pretty much that simple.Oh, and work hard.
