    Sounds like you should have scheduled your off-week after week 8 if the soreness started to kill in week 9-12…  Remember, the protocol dictates a 'mandatory' week off from the gym (with minimal cardio as well) after every 8-10 week training cycle.Now, if they were still ailing after that week off, its a different story all together.

    Hey Marty, yeah I should have been clearer…yes, even after the mandatory week off the remaining weeks caused pain in my joints. But my policy since then has been to work with a Poliquin style accumilation/intensification schedule and change things up every month to 6 weeks.
