http://www.weightrainer.net/bodypred.htmlI have found this to be highly accurate based on my current and past measurements.  My stats are:Height: 71.25"Wrist: 6.5"Ankle: 8.25"My maximum NATURAL muscular bodyweight and measurements at 10% BF according to the formula:196.4lbs @ 10% BF  (current 178lbs @15%)Chest: 45.9"      (current N/A)Biceps: 16.6"    (current 15")Forearms: 13.3" (current 12")Neck: 16.2"      (current 15")Thighs: 24.3"    (Current 21.5")Calves: 16.3"  (current 14")It would be nice to have others post their own stats for fun. There are also lots of other very good articles on this site. For example, there is an article and e-book about how to determine your maximum amount of muscle growth per year, naturally based on a scientific formula. http://www.weightrainer.net/rate_of_gain.html

I wouldn't take this too strongly to heart... I've known of, and met naturals, who have exceeded their 'natural estimated expectations'.  I've encountered these kinds of tools before.  They're fun though, but don't let your mind set limits for your body by getting too caught up in them.  Just eat big, lift big, rest and GROW!  🙂Cory

I agree, but let me just say if I was able to be 196 @ 10% BF I would be more than happy if I never gained another ounce of muscle!!  16.5" arms may sound small to some, but on my frame and bone structure they would look nice and I would be more than happy, especially if I weighed 195lbs. lol  ;D
