I am thinking about getting up to Kiefer's suggestion of the incredibly high level of 60g of creatine per day. Problem is figuring out how to dose that out. Can I take 10g 6X per day or do I need to take it in 5 gram doses 20X per day?
I think 10g at a time is totally fine.I still think nobody but 200+ lb guys need to even consider that much creatine though.If I were you, I'd go for it experimentally: try 5g 6x a day for 2-3 weeks, logging your workouts and weight as you go (since creatine affects water retention). Then up it to 10g 6x a day for the following 2-3 weeks, again logging everything. Then you can see whether there's any real benefit in spending 2x as much on creatine!
