MCT Oil and CBL

    Is it beneficial at any stage of the day or week to take MCT oil. I knwo Kiefer writes in his book that it’s use is to prolong ketogenesis. When do I want to do that?
    Off days or pre workout or when?

    Preworkout or Precardio and maybe before sleep to enhance sleep, espcially if you are hungry and on ULC Nights
