i have heard in different pod casts Kiefe recommending and saying he uses MCT or coconut oil with his PWO shake sometimes with carbs and sometimes without carbs depending the time of the day. Can someone tell me the importance of using MCT with the PWO shake, either fat burning or muscle building? is it better to consume it with or without carbs? how long after that PWO shake with coconut oil can you ingest your carb meal for the night, if your training is in the afternoon?
