So I've been looking around for some supps to compliment CBL / CN, and I found this one: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/tl/mct.htmlWhile there are a few grams of carbs, there are not that many and could be easily accomidated within the 30g daily limit. Also, if I understand correctly the actual insulin rise will be less than usual since the MCTs have a "blunting" effect. Overall it looks like it fits very well into the CBL framework (as far as providing ketones for training fuel instead of insulin rising carbs - save those for after training right!? 😉 ).
