Meal timing HELP plz!

    Hi, just a few questions:1.  Is eating a protein/fiber/fat meal as part of the ULC portion of the day 1-2hrs before a workout too soon?  In other words, how long should I wait before starting resistance training after my last low carb meal?2.  Is training at around 6:30-7:30pm way too late for backloading?  I know most people recommend 3-6pmThanks to anyone who has answers
