this weekend i went to two wedding parties and i had a lot of chinese food and cake and cupcakes at 4pm back to back days didnt stop til 10pm. Should i do the prep phase again but instead of 10 i'll do it for 5 days. any help would be nice especially the ones who've messed their cbl before
Depends how much you ate. I'll just assume a shedload. If you have some intense sessions coming up you may be able to get away with it, maybe just have small backloads after those sessions. Otherwise do the prep phase again if you want to be 100% sure. You can always speed up the prep phase with training/HIIT.
To be honest it doesn't sound that bad, you basically did back-to-back Carb Nites. You should probably have at least 4 full days free from carbs and it wouldn't hurt to get some HIIT in either, but I don't think it's necessary to do the entire prep phase again.
