Messed up CBL on a meal just now… do I need to prep again?

    Been at CBL for a month now. I just “cheated” had a bunk of crap food before practice. Do I need to prep again?

    I would think you need some duration of ULC. I take 4-5 days to deplete. I'm sure someone else will have a better answer but that's my perspective.

    I highly doubt it. Go ULC for a day or 2, with maybe a HIIT session depending on how crazy you went and you'll be fine.You might not even need to do anything different depending on your current training on how much/what you ate.

    I have rugby practice tonight and a game tomorrow. Should be good after that?

    I've found about 5 days after a “mishap” to be pretty fine, especially if you're exercising frequently.
