Hey guys, I was looking for a new program and was thinking about buying Josh Bryant's book and was wondering if any of y'all have used it personally and whether or not it's worth the money.

I own it, it's a pretty extensive book and has a lot of routines written out.  "Powerbuilding" really isn't anything special.  It's just old school bodybuilding-style barbell training.

Would you say it's worth owning? I already have 5/3/1 and used to train in a west side manner. But I'm looking for something a little more bodybuildish

It's really just a book of a lot routines and some basic lifting information.  I would say if you have a hard time programming your own training it's worth it, but if you don't, I would skip it.
