I was wondering what equipment is needed for MI40X.I don't have a gym membership and only have a squat rack, lat tower and free weights at home with bench. Is this going to be enough to complete the program, or do you need more machines in a gym?Don't want to go to the hassle of buying the program only to find it's not do-able for me.

You could maybe manage, but it would require a lot of substitution.

Without giving too much away obviously, but would the substitutions compromise the program too much to make it not worth it?

The hardest would probably be legs being that Leg press or Hack squat, and leg curls are used in every leg session.

This is just my opinion, but I wouldn't try MI40 with a home setup, unless you've got some neat stuff. Namely, a leg extension/curl machine, and an adjustable cable stack. Would be really hard to replicate some of the specific angles he wants you to do on a cable stack with free weights or a fixed position cable. Again, just my opinion.I also think MI40 and BPak are awesome.. So since the program is short, you could look for a Groupon or something in your area for a 1-3 month gym membership and do a run through of the program.

    I'd agree.

Sorry to borrow your topic but I was wondering what's up with this MI40X. Received the email from Kiefer and read the whole “ad page”. Then I tried to find some more info about the program all I could find was some Youtube review videos and those were all just ads about how wonderful the program is… so not really a “review”. I did find a Reddit thread about MI40X and not sure if anyone knows anything about it. I regarded it as a hoax. Even if it is a legit program I still don't think it's worth $97.00.If you have tried it, what do you think? And can you train alone or do you need a partner with you?

You can train alone, and it is worth the $97, it was a lot more before. I did it for 2 cycles, and really enjoyed my progress.

Haven't tried the actual mi40 or mi40x program, but I'm using a lot of the techniques from them and I'm seeing great gains.

I did a cycle of the pre-cursor, MI40, and I liked it.I hate the gimmicky sales crap also, but BPak knows his stuff and really works to apply science to all of his information. His youtube channel is full of informative videos and just videos of him training
