zach75KeymasterOk so I bought the CB book and not the CNS book because I thought I would be doing the CB right away. I switched to the CNS because I want to burn a ton of fat and look sexy haha, so bear with me if I don't know things. Ok here is my question. So I keep reading not to do a ton of cardio, but my problem is I go into the air force in 6 month. I want to have great cardio, and use CNS to it's full potential. What do I do? Would I still have the same endurance only doing cardio twice a week compared to my current (5 days a week in the morning, and then weight lifting at night on MWF)?

What is your current height/weight, strength level, training regimen? Conditioning can come and go over a period of weeks, but muscle tissue and strength are harder to come by and more durable. Might be a better idea to focus on strength for 3-4 months and focus on the conditioning piece in the 8-12 weeks before you head out.

The Air Force does cardio? 😮 Hmmm, not from what I've seen.
