Sorry if this sounds noobish but I have a question calorie intake on ULC days. I am 5.7, 150lbs, 23 years old and am about 20% bodyfat (might be a little less, dont have an exact figure) and Ive had 3 carbnites so far but I dont know if I am doing it efficiently. I am wondering if anyone can help me out with my minimum cal intake and macro help.  I am hitting about 1900 cals a day 165grams of protein, 25 carbs and the rest fat (which is about  125 grams).  I also do hiit twice a week (right after CN) and shockwave program at the gym 3 days of the week (lean and ripped version).  On those days I add in a scoop of whey isolate, 10g creatine and 10g leucine.  As for the rest of the time I am mostly sitting at work/car/home. Is this enough calories (or too many?)  and is it a good ratio? Thanks!Any help is appreciated.

Just eat when hungry.  It sounds like you are eating about what you are supposed to.

Thanks!  I also had a quick follow up question, I used to take progressive greens (veggie powder) on a regular basis and I was wondering if there would be an ideal time to take it on ULC days?  I am not sure what its effect on insulin is….. I am guessing it would be safe to take with my PWO shake but I thought I'd see what your opinions are.

    I'd take with a meal.

I would agree w/ all from above but if you are looking for more detailed information you could try this site http://keto-calculator.ankerl.com/Its pretty accurate at least in my opinion. The hardest part for me was getting it through my head that the body has to switch to RUN ON FATS in order to MOBILIZE FATS. Keifer keeps repeating that in his talks but it took a while to set in for me. IE more fats than protiens!GL!

beg to differ. greens drink immed post workout puts your body in an alkali, anti-catabolic state.

You're worried about being anti-catabolic after drinking a insulinogenic PWO shake?  Anyways, it's really splitting hairs.  You could probably take it anytime and it wouldn't matter.
