Came into a boat load of EAA's, BCAA's and L-Leucine (about 2kg's of each)I keep being told that I should take free form aminos separte from whole foods or protein powder. Minimum of 10-15min beforehand. I thought I remembered reading somehwre on DH.com that mixing free form aminos with different protein doesn't have any effect on rate of absorption or the benefits of spiking with EAA's. I was planning on adding 5-10g to my postwork (Whey, Waxy Maize and Creatine) and again to any other shakes I have during my backload portion of the day.If anyone knows the article or post I'm refering too and could direct me in the right direction, I would really appreciate it. Or if anyone has an opinion on the topic, I'd love to hear it. FYI: bought CBL back in october, love it and the results so far.

So your planning to add them to your pwo shakes and your backload shakes as well? If thats the question then yes that is fine and actually optimal!

Thank you.Yes, that's the plan and I know it's accepted and recommended on this forum and in the CBL book. However, I use to follow the warrior diet with two 10g BCAA or EAA pulses, each followed 15min later by 30g of whey or casein or both. Separating the aminos from the whole food or protein powder was a must. Now that I'm following CBL I'm looking for some references or ammo to fire back at the EAA/BCAA pulse huggers in my circle, that mixing is just as effective as staking them separate.
