    6'6-6'7 ~245 @ 13-14% bf.. COULD be lower.. not sure.. but pretty lean.will be rushing my prep phase to get myself fat adapted a bit faster.. Monday will fast all day, literally.. and do HIIT twice, then open my morning on Tuesday with HIIT and weight training, then start my high fat/mod pro diet for a good 7-10 day..then begins the back loading.. also I have a weird variation as I will be lifting 5x per week, 2 sessions @ 6am, tu/th, and 3 6pm sessions fri-sat-sun.let the madness begin.

    oh man.. today is my last day of gorgingand for the last week or so I've been doing IF where I fast all day then hypergorge before bed..last night was 8 piece fried chicken, 2lbs mac n cheese, 1/2 box frosted flakes, about a pound of chocolate covered raisins, bunch of trail mix.. you know.. the good stuff.. about a 30 minute window to consume- and a bag of doritos.here's a pic from like 3-4 weeks ago in gym- I will have official 90 day before/after pics once starting this diet thoughmip95f.jpg

    fasted 100% from 9pm sunday, all day Monday, then HIIT and weight training this morning.. first meal at about 8-9am.. sausage and eggs.. and holy hell it was a piece of heaven.strength was still decent.. my training approach is similar to a mountain dog deal.. I start heavy with a 5x5 type of compound.. today 70 80 90 95 and 100s for 5 on seated db shoulder press.. then went into a heavy 4 sets of 8-12 on seated laterals, then 3-4 sets of 8-10 on "lean aways".. basically single arm angled lateral raises.. then into more superset/volume work.. frantically trying to burn up my glycogen stores.will HIIT and fasted train tomorrow too, back.feeling good so far.. no hunger, no headaches or lethargy usually associated with a keto prep phase.. I think it's from that day of fasting.. fast track to keto.

    so far so good gentleman..a usual day will look like:wake up 5-6am.. breakfast at ~9 usually.. 5 egg omelet, bacon/sausage/cheese/peppers/onions and a big serving of broccoli drenched in butterthen 10-15oz 85/15 grass fed beef w/ a load of cheese to flavorthen 50g protein of liquid egg whites (chocolate, 0 carb) and 2-3tbs coco oil.then 7-8pm I carb up.. I don't count carbs, I just eat whatever.. might be some fried chicken and rolls w/ mac n cheese, could be cereal (I do tons of cereal, I use egg whites as my milk for extra proteins, and I don't like how I feel on milk).. tonight was smash burger and fries, then a bowl of cereal (egg white milk) and  a vanilla ice cream shake... will have another protein shake before bed.so far so good.. staying lean and eating pretty filthy.. can't complain.. not entirely too concerned about bodyfat, if it elevates too much, a few weeks of carb nite (I limit carbs to 60 minutes once a week) will lean me out real quick.
