More and more I read is more confusing!!!

    Yes I'm bulking at the moment. I will continue for a few more weeks, and decide from there whether to continue or switch to SA. It's on off day for me today but I'm going to try adding some dirty carbs on off days this week just to test it out and see if it helps with workout intensity tomorrow. going to aim for about 200g carbs on the off days. Looking forward to my cheese cake!

    There isn't anything wrong with a triple cheeseburger.  As matter of fact it would probably give you good backloading results since a cheeseburger really isn't too carb heavy because I doubt you need very many carbs with the way you train.  Not saying you should go to McDonalds, but if you make the burger yourself there isn't anything wrong with eating that way.

    Tonight I will be going to the White Sox game for my Birthday so this evening's backload will be interesting lol.Last time I went to a game during a backload I had a loaded baked potatoe with chicken and a soft pretzel, an hour or so later I had a quesadilla and another pretzel. A few beers too! Can't wait!

    Why basmati and not jasmine? Jasmine is over twice the GI.  😉

    I had Jasmine rice the other night. I love it! I had a slightly upset stomach from taking 4 scoops of dextrose and the jasmine rice helped my stomach.

    Basmati was all Uncle Ben had to offer me( I know it's lazy!) I'll have a word with him next time I see him.
