If I was to try to tweak one thing about my ULC days, would you first try adding more fat or drinking more water? I have to force myself to drink water throughout the day, but have also read that most women don't get enough fat on their ULC days, so I was wanting some feedback. Thanks in advance.
I would go for both; Depending on how many meals your eating a day if you drink a glass of water with every meal and one in between, than you should be getting plenty of water. But you obviously want to insure your getting enough fat intake as well.
