When training fasted in the morning (7am), do we want to include a small amount of carbs with our Pwo like a Bannana or is it no carbs? But we do include Leucine, correct… I was a little confused when reading the book again.Kiefer said that a little bit of carbs can help anabolic response, but then at the examples in the end of the book, he says "no carbs"...
