Morning training and evening training backloading

    Hi guys!I was just wondering, what if I cant train every day on the same time... For example, if I can train monday and tuesday afternoon, and then wednesday or friday morning...Is it OK to interchange protocol for morning backload as said in the book in the middle of the week? if you know what I mean...

    I wad under the adsumption that uf u trained in the morning you would bqckload the night before

    I train either Mon(PM), Tues(AM), Thurs(PM), Sat(PM) Mon night - 300g carbTues night - 300g carbThurs night - 300g carbSat night - 300g carb--OR--Mon(PM), Wed(AM), Thurs(PM), Sat(PM)Mon night - 300g carbTues night - 100g carbWed night - 300g carbThurs night - 300g carbSat night - 300g carb.Hopefully that helps the OP and the AM backloading question.
