Hi all,
I have been doing CN & CBL for several years now and have always trained in the afternoon until recently I have started working out in the morning before work (fits my schedule much better).
I am not seeking help how to follow it with AM training, but would like to hear other’s results from PM to AM training. I have not noticed much difference in the couple months just maybe a little more energy in the AM.
Any results or good/bad experiences or even tips for AM training would be helpful. Thanks!
