    Hey Guys! Just completed a 4-day Movnat trainer certification course and am now one of 100 or so Movnat trainers in the world.  If anyone has any questions regarding the program, training etc., I'm more than happy to answer them.  It's a lot more than just running around bare-chested in the forest (as much as I do enjoy that), so if you're curious/unsure about what exactly this program is, please don't hesitate to ask. 🙂(Don't worry: I still lift heavy and backload like a boss; this is just another tool in my training toolbox.)  Cheers!

    Did you do it with Erwan Lacorre?  Sounds like a lot of fun, except that it costs more than a Hyundai to do.

    Thanks!  It was a ton of fun, and yes, Erwan was there.  He's probably one of the most passionate and uplifting people I've ever had the pleasure of being around.  Although I learned various skills and movement patterns over the 4 days, the real reward was the philosophy of the program.  It's much more than just learning how to move like a healthy human being should, it's about gaining back one's independence, one's birthright  The likelihood of me ever being in a situation where I'm going to have to use any of the skills I've acquired is fairly slim, but the confidence I've gained from knowing that if something did happen I would be useful and could help, will carry over into other aspects of my life.  Having a great looking body is nice, and I can say without ego that I've had one for quite a number of years now, but having a fully functional one that is capable of moving like it was biologically designed to do, is much much more rewarding.  There's nothing worse than looking like a powerful athlete, yet barely being able to perform even the most basic of movements. Sadly though, this is the norm in the fitness industry. I hope to help change this. 🙂 Here's a description of it from the site: "MovNat®is a fitness concept that teaches you how to move naturally with ease, power and grace.
