Didn't realize she's done CNS for so long.Makes me think I really do need to taper my CBL and explore more ULC days...I haven't done any cardio yet but it definitely makes me want to stick with this ;DAnyone know what time of day she trains (heard it on a podcast maybe?)

I can not speak for her and I do not know exactly how she goes about it but from the information I have seen or gathered, she does Carb-Backloading a week or two leading up to a show and I'm sure she does Carb-Backloading every now and then. Which honestly sounds reasonable to do. During the year stay on CNS, while 3 months at a time or more (if needed) do CBL SA with the Maximium Fat Loss Protocol. (Which...is what I am planning on doing)

Marty P KochParticipantKiefer mentioned on a prior podcast that he had her ingest 'specific types of fat at specific times of day' during her last prep that made it 'easier than ever' to get her conditioning on point. He also added that he would not be disclosing any details of this 'tweak', so keep experimenting ye faithful.
