Multivitamin

No mention of taking multi in the book. Has kiefer mentioned or talked about using or recommending a multivitamin? I like now Adam and Gaspari anavite.

I'm pretty sure he recommends it in CNS… it's a good idea regardless if you're not getting all you need through diet.

Actually there is.... I think he recommends something basic like Centrum.
