Gl;itch.eMemberIt didnt really disappear sadly enough. Did reduce the calcium again and started taurine today. Found some evidence it can help with electrolyte balance in ur body. Keep you guys updated.
Why reduce the calcium though? If you are worried about the form of calcium you are getting since you aren't eating a lot of calcium rich food you could supplement with calcium carbonate. Plus its cheap as chips.http://www.iherb.com/Now-Foods-Calcium-Carbonate-100-Pure-Powder-12-oz-340-g/480#p=1&oos=1&disc=0&lc=en-US&w=calcium%20carbonate&rc=1477&sr=null&ic=1Care to give us an overview of the foods you eat regularly? Im interested to see if perhaps something jumps out at me.

NoBread4MeParticipantBulletproof diet is my base. Dont know if I can link to it but its easy to find. Dont drink coffee. So yeah calcium deficiency seems most likely to me. Get potassium salt too and take magnesium and normal salt. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I guess it depends on how much you are taking. I take 3g about 3 times daily at the mo. Morning, post workout and pre-bed. Been doing this for a while and cant say I really notice anything. Using it more for its pro-dopamine, testosterone and for its sulphur content.

NoBread4MeParticipantNot much difference yet. Started trigger point therapy today with dry needling. Was a weird feeling and sometimes a lill painful but def doable. Curious what results will be. Atleast no immediate relief.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

NoBread4MeParticipantIt is better now. Very happy. Wednesday another appointment. I reacted good to it so they will use more needling. Shit isnt too pleasant (not terrible either, esp not if u realize why ur doing it) but still looking forward to it a lot!Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

NoBread4MeParticipantIt seems the pain is coming back if I dont get the therapy for a while and I have no clue why this is. Needling for the rest of my life doesnt seem too pleasant. Would u guys say that foam rolling can help with trigger points too?
