Hello, I've listened to MAT podcast a while ago, so I began to wonder - How is it that I can't possibly strech my hamstrings. My best is baaaarely 90degrees even less. So should I try to activate somehow some muscles at front? Quads? How am I supposed to even start doing it? Any ideas? I don't have any MAT specialist in my country:/
Bend at the hips and think about putting your stomach over your hip joins or touching your chest to your quads rather than touching your arms to the floor. This is essentially what a yoga teacher told me and it's helped a lot.Adam
