I'm pretty skeptical of DOMs being entirely nutrition related, but what I've read on the ZMA reviews makes me want to try it now. Anything that aids in recovery, reduces soreness and helps you sleep as well sounds worth it to me.

    You should look into earthing.

+1!  I bought an earthing mat from Bulletproof Exec a few months back and it's had a great effect on the quality of my sleep.  There are many nights during the week I can only get 5-6 hours, which is horrendous both before and after training days, but that's just my life reality.  I've woken up feeling more rested ever since I started using the mat.  At less than $70 after shipping it's well worth the investment, and it comes with a free, well-researched book on earthing as well.Check it out here.

I bought the half sheet.  I like it a lot and I think it has had a very positive effect on me.Here is an excellent review of all the research done on earthing:  http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3265077/

Interesting stuff – I've never heard of this earthing concept.
