For my first 7 days on CBL, I didn't have the ingredients for the recommended pre and post WO shakes. So, I just used my own protein (from HerbaLife). Plain for pre and with peanut butter, meal replacement shake powder, and some raspberry jam.Well, my stuff arrived, yesterday, so today was my first time with the official pre and post WO shakes.Wow! What a difference!!Can't say for sure it's due to the shakes, but I felt better in the gym. Added weight and/or reps to most of my sets and left feeling good, rather than wasted.I just finished my post wo shake and I feel fresh and full of energy. I'm stoked!Oh, except my caffeine and casein haven't arrived, yet, so I got that w/o those ingredients.Thanks, Keifer!
