El-ApacheParticipantHey guys, Nice to meet you i'm Jordan. I started CNS on Friday. I feel like I have lost some weight, but I just want to make sure I’m on the right path with my meal plans. Please critique. This is my routine:7:00 am Wake up9:00 am Coffee W/ Heavy Whipping Cream (0 Carbs)10:30 am 1 oz of raw sunflower seed kernels (2g Carbs 14g Fat-Poly 9g, Mono-2.5g Protein 6g)12:00 pm I usually go out for lunch, I eat Chicken breast with steamed vegetables. (5g Carbs 18g fat 72g protein)1:00 pm Plain Coffee2:00 pm 1 scoop of Allmax Whey ISOflex (27g protein 2g carbs)4:00 pm A cup of vegetables with whatever meat is left over from lunch6:00 pm Salad with chicken breast and some cheese (7 g carbs 16g fat 16 protein) Or sometimes I go out and get a low carb burger.8:00 pm I’ll snack on some meat like ham or pepperoni with cheese (0 carbs {I forgot what the protein and fat is, but usually fat is more than protein})10:00 pm SleepEnd day is around 16 g carbs 66 g fat 121 Protein. 1 a day men’s multivitamin, fish oil pill. I drink about a half gallon of water. I go to the gym to swim, not hardcore, but moderate. At first I weighed last week 288 with 33% BF, and I weighed myself today 282 with 29% BF, but this was with the scale and one of the portable BF analyzers. Am I doing this correctly? Should I incorporate more fat and protein? Also my carb nite for my first meal I was thinking Rice and beans with Carne Asada, Is that a good choice to start off the night? I plan on eating a lot of sweets (w/o High furctose Corn Syrup) that night because I’m a sweet tooth. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

El-ApacheParticipantOkay, I'll switch the nuts to beef jerky, and chicken to red meat. I was a little iffy about eating too much red meat because my uric acid is high.

FairyGuestThat might actually be because you have leaky gut syndrome which is caused by grains, not red meat.

El-ApacheParticipantHopefully it goes down by switching nuts with red meat then. Thank you so much.
