Hey, hey! 🙂 I've been hearing about CBL for some time now and my interest really peaked after following Julia Ladewski's experience with it. I just started CNS yesterday, and am hoping to wean off some stubborn lower body fat before I move onto CBL. I'm a low-calorie cardio queen, but am happy to say that I was introduced to lifting a little over a year ago and I've never looked back. Now, I eat and lift and I'm a happy girl. I've spent the last week or so perusing the forums and getting my questions answered before I even ask them. I can see this place is going to be an invaluable resource. I'm excited to see what CNS will do for me. 8)
