    At your bf% you shouldnt lose any muscle. You definately need to eat more. Take your time with fatloss

    So here is a little update. Current weight is 194lbs. Macros are 190-200g protein 80-100 g fat every day. I started with shockwave 2 weeks ago and I'm feeling great.20120923_170825smewj98.jpgAnd one where I didn't push out my belly 20130112_0939007ziym.jpg 8)

    Thank you all. This site and this forum gives so much useful information and I appreciate all the help of yours.Still there is a long way to go to realize my resolution having a noticable six pack until summer.

    Although I already posted it in my log I will re-post it here because I'm so proud of it. First pic left is from September 2012 when I started 6 months of CNS and right is from this week. Although I still have this lower abdominal fat and excessive skin abs are showing up nicely with a little streching. The second pic is pretty bad quality but I think I still look good in itĀ  8)I've been on this diet now for only 10 months and I'm stoked to see what the next 10 months will bringĀ  ;D

    nice progress eat more food though, better to lose fat slower than muscle and fat faster
