I have been using the MyFitnessPal app for awhile and found it helps keep of the ULC portion of the day and my macros in general throughout the day and during a backload.  I realize the recommended percentages that are the default are for mere mortals and not us CBL/CNS beasts.  Does anyone have some suggestions on how to tweak those percentages?  I'm thinking that raising the fat & protein percentages would be the way to go even if that lowers the carbs.

Just figure out your macros and go from there. The percentages don't help too much there.

You can tweak the nutrients tracked via logging in online, but not within the app itself.Account Settings>Diary Settings (which is actually - Food and Exercise Diary Settings, so you can show Fat, Protein, Carbs)Goals>Change Goals>Custom, continue and then set your daily targets

I went into the App and directly adjusted the Macro goals.Carbs 30% for me equals 201gProtein 30% for equals 201gFat 40% equals 119gI was paying more attention to the gram totals than the percentages.  I weigh anywhere between 185-190lbs so I might adjust the protein a little higher but it's just a guide anyway.
