Hey guys,First time posting in the DH forum, and I'm still relatively new to the whole CBL thing so I'm trying to learn as much as possible. I love getting a pump in the weight room as much as the next guy, and citrulline malate and agmatine are usually my go to products. But I've read studies that both of these ingredients increase insulin production, so should I be staying away from them? I'm totally down with keeping my pre to Kiefer's recommendations: Caffeine, some whey isolate, MCT oil, and creatine (and maybe some beta alanine because I love it). But I just wanted to know if I'd be derailing anything if I were to add a pump ingredient like citrulline or agmatine due to a rise in insulin. Anyone have an idea as to what I should do?

Spiking insulin around the workout really wont be a big deal.Take it, get a sick pump, be a vascular bastard.
