DjChangalangMemberI'm a newbie at this and I want to able to do it rightI'm still on my prep phase which looks like this7am - wake up8:30 am - coffee with coconut oil10 am - 4 eggs cooked in bacon grease, 4 slices of bacon and half cup of cottage cheese1 pm - workout (pre workout supplement is craze)2:30 pm - PWO shake consist of 2 scoop of iso-100 5 grams of lucine and 5 grams of creatine 3:30 pm and onwards I would eat chicken, hamburger meat, cheese, maybe some bacon, broccoli, papaya, lettuce Snacks would be almondsNow when I start carb backloading it would like this7am - wake up8:30 am - coffee with coconut oil10 am - 6 slices of bacon and half cup of cottage cheese2 pm - workout (pre workout supplement is craze)3:30 pm - PWO shake consist of 2 scoop of iso-100 5 grams of lucine and 5 grams of creatine 4:00 pm - pineapples and cottage cheese6:00 pm - splurge and eat them carbsI have questions alsoWhen the best time to workout? 2pm or 4pmDo you have to drink Gatorade during your workout?Why do I need to eat the pineapple and cheese 30 min after workoutSent from my iPad using Tapatalk - now Free

breenhouseMemberThe Craze, Papaya and Gatorade are not ULC. Leave those out. Otherwise, diet looks good. Training is ideally between 3-5pm.

Other Ingredients: Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Natural & Artificial Flavors, Sucralose, Acesulfame Potassium, FD&C Red #40, FD&C Blue #Pretty sure both of those have been shown to potentially create an insulin response.. Which is, I think, the reason why Kiefer generally recommends coffee as opposed to energy drinks.
I have questions alsoWhen the best time to workout? 2pm or 4pm4pm would be more "ideal" than 2pmDo you have to drink Gatorade during your workout?No. Especially if your goal is fat loss, you don't need any IWO nutrition.Why do I need to eat the pineapple and cheese 30 min after workoutYou don't...?

Big_RParticipantif you wanna get jacked and swole, pound the gatoraide and koolaid instead of straight water. And if your really motivated eat a sweet potato in between sets of ab crunches! puking is perfectly normal here

Apparently I look too cool with a headband and that it stops me getting the chicks since Im so damn sexy. Can I put the tab behind my eyelids instead?3.
