Need some variety!! TIme to mix it up.

    So i survived getting my wisdom teeth pulled! So I am back to lifting and normal food consumption...the normal fd consumption is getting VERY old....ULC day = Coffee with HWC                 Lunch is 3 eggs, 2 egg whites, cheese omelette with a 1/2# of Ground beef                Dinner is usally the same thing except with steak instead of Ground beefBackload = Coffee w/HWC                  Lunch is the same as above                  Dinner is usually chicken with potatoes and broccoli or peppers (sometimes on a pizza or burrito)                  Then a big bowl of cocoa pebbles                  Rice cakes and peanut butter                  Froyo for the finale!The thing is, i have that day in and day out!I need to mix it up....on both accounts. ULC days and backloads.SO what would you guys recommend.what do you all eat??please and thank you for the advice!

    You can have fatty fishes like salmon or mackerel,bacon, pork, lamb, duck, livers…There is plenty recipes out there: You can try the almond flour pancake :http://athlete.io/6043/ultra-low-carb-almond-flour-pancakes/I've bought an ebook called " Transforming recipes the ultra low carb edition" written by alex navarro, it's very good. I know she made some videos as well on youtube.

    Try the yummly app on iOS. Plenty of different recipes on there, low carb or not. Even if you're not into cooking it'll give you some ideas at least.
