As some may or may not know from reading my various posts I can only train 2 days a week right now (at a PL gym) due to my work/school schedule. I may be able to fit a 3rd day soon, but that is still up in the air.I just came off 6 weeks of CNS and went from 18% to 15%. I would now like to gain as much muscle as I can despite my 2 day a week training. My question is, what would other more experienced CBL users do in my shoes, if their goal was to gain as much muscle as possible without gaining any extra fat, given my limited training schedule, DB or SA?I don't care at all about further fat loss at this point, but don't want to gain any more fat, and want to put on muscle.

Sorry to say it bro, but its going to be a bit hard to put on a considerable amount of muscle on just two days. I would push it to 3 days, and if possible 4. My recommendation would be to do a small back load the night before and a regular backload PWO. Following the SA template and doing it this way you shouldnt put on any fat while still increasing strength and putting on some muscle.

I agree to this, but would add, don't be afraid to push up the amount of low carb foods you are eating on off days. These can/will help with muscle growth without unnecessary fat gain. If you are killing it those 2 days I think you can put on muscle just fine. 3-4 days would probably be better, but so long as you are increasing your strength from workout to workout (or cycle to cycle) then muscle should come along with it. As you already know exercise is a small part of the fat loss equation so you should be armed with enough knowledge to keep it off whilst gaining some muscle.
