So I recently went back to gym after a year and half off because of health and work. Needless to say gained alot of fat/weight 70lbs wow!! I saw this guy at gym havent seen in a while he lost 105lb hes a big boy in 6 months looks amazing I had to talk to him. He lead me here Ive been reading all night cant stop. The last 12 weeks Ive lost 30lbs on an Atkins like diet basically no carbs and now just through veggies I am definitely weak at gym due to not training for a while but I am a big guy and have lots of mass under all this junk Im 5'11 265lb right now after loss. I would like to get to 235lb and keep mass. I am eager to see results as I have been on many diets and training regimens in the last 12 years. Please any tips or suggestions are much appreciated and would love to be proof to this diet in my neck of the woods. Thx
Glad to have you here! I'm sure it feels good getting back into the gym after all that time off. Hope your health and work got sorted out now. I'm sure you have, but have you purchased the book? Are you planning on running CNS for a while then switch to CBL? If anything start a log to keep track and get feedback as well!
