Hey guys, it's been a super long time but I'm a week away from completing rehab for a back injury and getting back in the gym!I've been doing a lot of reading/listening to Kiefer and John Meadows and decided to tentatively switch up my backloading schedule. I work out a little later than recommended, around 7:30.7:00 Coffee/MCT Oil7:45 (15 min into workout) 50 g Glyco Fuse, 27 g Whey Hydrolysate, 6 g Leucine (from 3 scoops RCSS Amino Tone), 10 g Creati e~45 min post: Backload - 3 scoops RCSS King Mass (4 F/135 C/45 P) in Greek Yogurt + 10 g Creatine and 5 g LeucineI figure this way I can tak advantage of the shorter postworkout window by gettiny carbs in during my workout, and also help me stave off some MPB.I was also thinking that delaying the intake of more carbs by 45 minutes will give enough time between insulin spikes... but is there any detrimenta to waiting this long?
