Howdy everyone; from Austin, TX.My name is Matt, I'm a sales professional and a strength/physique hobbyist.I grew up morbidly obese and at the age of 18 dropped about 110lbs via Atkins-style dieting. Have been fighting to reach a physique I can be proud of ever since. (almost 10 years now)Been lifting for about 7 years on and off. Recently stumbled upon Intermittent Fasting which helped me reach appreciably low bodyfat levels but have struggled with lean tissue gains. Started Carb Backloading (not by the book, just the general practice) 4 weeks ago. I've seen my scale weight go up 8lbs, lifts and sessions steadily improving, and that whole "top-abs coming in" thing that happens in the mid-teens bf% starting to occur. Haven't seen voodoo magic like this in all my life as I cram cookies and ice cream into my mouth each night.Anyways, I'll lurk about and see what I can learn and try it on myself.
