Hi there!I have always been athletic throughout my life; dance, track, x-country, lifting, etc. and slender/muscular.But I have struggled with my diets and have damaged my metabolism by cutting too many calories, not eating fat, paired with long distance running = muscle loss, messed up hormones and metabolism and easily became curvy again.I am 5'8" 120 lbs 39" hip 34"bust (c cup) 28" waistSO I am no where near "over-weight" but I do want to finally see some real results of the hard work I put in. I will be doing HIIT workouts occassionally but mostly resistance training. My goal is to loose some body fat to see the muscle definition I will have 🙂 And the added health benefits of no mood swings, pms, etc. will be great too!Is there anyone else with my body type/goals with some experience on this diet?Thanks so much for welcoming me, excited to meet some of you all too!
