Hi everyone,I'm Roberto Martinez, 36 year old Chicano originally from San Jose, CA, living in Albuquerque, NM now for 10 years. Weight has been an issue for me my whole life. After putting my foot down (again) and committing to work towards better health and fitness, I was fortunate to find the free social network app fitID (http://www.fitid.com). Through support of fitID staff and the community, I learned more about Carb Nite Solution, and committed to it in January. I started on January 16th, 2013 at 296 pounds (6'3" tall), and am proud to share that I'm down to 275. On top of losing several inches off my body and lowering my body fat % all kinds, I'm feeling very healthy all around. I'm sleeping better, I have more energy throughout the day, and am able to manage my stress much easier, etc. The list goes on. I'm a believer in Carb Nite, and look forward to sharing more success stories as time passes.I've started to slip off a little the past couple of weeks. I've found myself needing to get back to the basics, and at the same time take my understanding of this diet tool to a new level. I look forward to learning more about your experiences, and sharing mine with hope that it will help in some way.
